I Know That Every Client Is Unique
"I've had the pleasure of working with Kayla on one occasion, however, her effort was exemplary from the onset of our negotiations to ensure that all of her client's needs were satisfied. Kayla is very professional, a savvy negotiator and above all a straight shooter. With Kayla's guidance, you can rest assured that your objectives will be met without reservations. Keep up the great work!"
"Kayla was referred to us through a close friend that also used her services. We needed to upgrade our space as our son was getting bigger. She listed our first home/condo for sale and it sold in one week. From there we started a search for our new home in our area, at the time there weren't too many options in our budget so Kayla helped us find a rental in a different area for us to try out. We ended up loving the new area and when we were ready to jump back in the market there was no doubt in our minds to call Kayla to help us find our home. After many meetings and showings she helped us narrow down our search to find our dream home where we will be happy to stay for years to come. In the event we plan to move again or invest she will be the first person we call!"
"I have had one of the most wonderful experiences while condo shopping with Kayla Dam. I was introduced to Kayla approximately eight years ago when considering to purchase a condo. At the time, I was afraid of taking such a big risk. Although she was smart and articulate - let me emphasize `` she knows her stuff`` I was still nervous. Kayla however, understood and told me that is was OK, I will know when I am ready and eight years later, I sure was. I had misplaced her number by then, but someone like Kayla, never gives up on her clients. Frantically, I could recall she had requested me as a friend on Facebook. One Sunday I decided to quickly reach out to her - I think I said, Kayla I am ready, without hesitation, she responded `who is this` and the rest was history."
"We have been very fortunate to have Thomas and Kayla as our Real estate agents. They have provided valuable expertise and advised us well. They are trustworthy, reliable, and respectful. Thomas and Kayla have been fantastic throughout the entire process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor."
