Kayla came to help us, I know her and her brother the team through working together to help prep there homes before for painting and knew they are great, she truly paid attention to every detail and made the process after my wife has passed easy as it could be, she had numerous people interest in the first two weeks and a few offers and finally had it sold by the third week. To who it may concern, I have had one of the most wonderful experiences while condo shopping with Kayla Dam. I was introduced to Kayla approximately eight years ago when considering to purchase a condo. At the time, I was afraid of taking such a big risk. Although she was smart and articulate - let me emphasize `` she knows her stuff`` I was still nervous. Kayla however, understood and told me that is was OK, I will know when I am ready and eight years later, I sure was. I had miss placed her number by then, but someone like Kayla, never gives up on her clients. Frantically, I could recall she had requested me as a friend on Facebook. One Sunday I decided to quickly reach out to her - I think I said, Kayla I am ready, without hesitation she responded `who is this` and the rest was history. Now - let me tell you about my experience and process with Kayla looking for my very first condo. Firstly - as mentioned above, her wide range of knowledge gave me the confidence to make a very difficult decision, easy. Kayla is one of those Agents that doesn't treat her clients like clients, but like family. I am not mobile and she would pick with me up every day, wherever I was and take me to view condos (now tell me who would do that). I can remember her telling me, if you think the condo is not right for you, tell me and we will move on to the next one (there is no rush she said, because at the end of the day you have to live with it) , is wasn’t about getting a quick sale on her part, it was making sure that her client/friend was happy and was certained that it was the right decision/pick. I can also remember Kayla saying *if you see a property and you are unalbe to sleep that night because you keep thinking about it, then that’s the one for you*. Well, the places that she showed me, I couldn’t sleep for a week or more! There were some amazing places, not once did I question her choice or ability, due to fact, she took the time to understand and know me, prior to taking me on my house hunting journey. Before I forget, I had a few road blocks after I finally purchased my condo - yes I did!!!!!!! - all I did was send Kayla a text and she was all over the sellers. As for me, I became lazy because she solved all my problems. My condo - I stand in each concern of the room admiring it from every angle, day after day night after night (I am sure I will get tired one day :)). Well I can go on and on, about my experience with Kayla Dam on my journey of purchasing my first home, but I will bore the daylight out of you (or maybe not). So in closing - I would say -tell her what you are looking for and leave the rest to her, I promise you, she will amaze you!! Oh and yea, she is charming to a fault! From the onset Kayla was very professional, courteous, and friendly. After only a few minutes of our initial meeting we confirmed that we would be choosing Kayla to represent us. After a brief discussion Kayla understood exactly what our expectations were and she came up with a plan for us to achieve it.
